Using an Endoscopic high definition camera to provide a view of the ear canal wax, this allows for a before & after comparison. Our NHS trained clinicians will tailor the best procedure suited to your needs.
*We advise applying olive oil at least once a day over 3-5 days prior to your treatment. This will significantly aid in ear wax removal.

Water Irrigation
A controlled, pressurised stream of body temperature water entering the ear canal. An effective yet gentle method, allowing ear wax removal within minutes!
How can I prepare for the appointment?
We advise using our trusted and recommended olive oil 3-5 days prior to your appointment, minimum once per day
Can I change/cancel my appointment?
We offer free changes/cancellation 24 hours before your appointment. For any reason you cannot attend, please contact us via email or phone. Late cancellations shall be charged the consultation rate of £25
How do I book an appointment?

Who can be treated?
Children from the age of 14+ and adults can be treated. Ear wax removal is a painless and simple procedure
Do I need to declare any previous health conditions?
If you have any pre-existing ear conditions, please make us aware prior to arrival so we can complete your ear health check and advise the best course of action.
Please make us aware of any pre-existing conditions and/or medications you are taking (both related and unrelated to your ears). We use this information to ensure we are providing you with the most appropriate care
How do I know if I have ear wax build up?
Key indicators of ear wax build up are blocked ears, hearing loss, dizziness, earaches and fullness in the ear leading to itching. These are common symptoms. If you are experiencing such symptoms, please get in touch for a consultation with one of our clinicians
What happens if the ear wax cannot be removed?
Ear wax can sometimes solidify deep in the ear canal resulting in difficulties in ear wax removal. Our clinician will advise next steps moving forward and look to re-attempt this at a later date. Consultation charge of £25 will be applicable.
We will re-book your appointment if appropriate. Consultation fee of £25 will be deducted form the cost for the follow up appointment so you only pay a single service charge.
